The 3rd costume of hololive's Shiranui Flare.
Also known as her "street" or "outing" outfit from hololive Closet, it consists of a black sailor hat, a black choker with a pendant, a short grey vertical-striped pinstripe sailor dress with a white sailor collar worn over a black dress and a black jacket and black ankle boots. She also comes an assortment of eyeglasses. A later update gave her cat ears and elongated headphones to cover her entire ears. This outfit has the particularity of matching both with Noel's casual costume and Fubuki's lolita_librarian costume.
