Shishunki Bitter Change (思春期ビターチェンジ) is a 2012-Present manga series by Masayoshi, serialized in Comic Polaris.
The series is about a boy named Kimura Yuuta and a girl named Ootsuka Yui who are just about to enter Middle School. Three years ago Yuuta fell from a tree on to Yui and their minds somehow swapped, and since then they've both have had to live as the other while trying to figure out how to get back to their original bodies.
