sitting_split
A gymnastic position where the legs spread to the opposite directions while one is sitting or laying on their stomach.
Variants
- side sitting split: Legs are spread to the body's left and right sides, also known as middle splits.
- front sitting split: Legs are spread to the front and back of the body
