slides
A type of open-toed slide-on sandal that features a single strap across the top of the foot. They are similar to flip-flops, but their strap goes over the toes instead of between them.
Compared to slippers, which cover the toes and are normally worn indoors, slides don't cover the toes and are often used outdoors.
