slingshot_swimsuit_pull
When the straps of a slingshot swimsuit are pulled sideways, typically but not always to expose_the_nipples. Can be used to describe slingshot straps pulled outwardly as well.
Using clothes pull or strap pull in addition may help with visibility when tagging.
