Miyuu's Image Board

A petticoat that is shorter than the hem of a skirt or dress. It's usually not visible unless it's at a low_angle, upskirt, skirt/dress is lifted, or something similar.

For the purposes of Danbooru, petticoats include slips (or so I understand).
