small_kyubey
Magia_Record character. A specimen of Kyubey's race that only exists within Kamihama City, in which the game/anime adaptation is set. It regressed into this small, younger-looking state (its hoops fell off, and its eyes became noticeably bigger) as the result of three contracts: Ui_Tamaki, Touka_Satomi and Nemu_Hiiragi each wished to take the incubator's ability to absorb, convert and create energy, respectively, in order to save Iroha_Tamaki from the fate of turning into a witch. It doesn't speak outside of saying "Mokyu!", unlike the regular Kyubey.
