swinging_on_swing
When a character is using a swing to swing themselves around.
Should only be used when it is clear the character is swinging on the swing rather than only being on_the_swing, which can be hard to determine with still images. Look for motion lines, someone else pushing the character on the swing, or a character's pose indicating they are mid-swing.
