Reoccurring antagonist who debuted in Shantae and the Pirate's Curse. One of the Barons of Sequin Land, thieving bandits who pass themselves off as artifact collectors.
He is a scheming technical genius who builds many weapons and gadgets of war, calling them "art". He engineers many of the weapons for the Ammo Baron with hopes that he can make enough money to take over Sequin Land himself.
He is a small reptilian creature that wears a helmet mounted with guns that covers_his_eyes, a black coat and purple waistcoat.
