The eighth game of SNK's The King of Fighters series. This game also signifies the end of the NESTS arc. Players can now alter the number of players and Strikers per team (i.e. you can have 4 players without Strikers or 1 player with 3 Strikers). This is also the first game SNK produced during bankruptcy with a little help from Korean company Eolith.
