time-out_(gesture)
A gesture in which one forms a capital T with their hands, by opening one palm vertically and then laying the other palm horizontally on the fingertips. Used mainly to call for a literal time-out in sporting events, but much like the stop (gesture) gesture it can be used figuratively as well.
