h6. Guidelines
* Don't use when the character is nude or completely nude.
* Don't use when you can't see the character's lower body. You should be able to tell the character is wearing bottom clothing. Use nude instead.
* Don't use if the character is wearing a bra or bikini_top. Use no shirt instead.
* Don't use bare shoulders, bare back, or bare arms with this tag.
* Don't use for monsters who don't normally wear bottom clothing. Use nude instead.
