tsurumi_tokushirou
A Golden Kamuy character, one of the antagonists. He is an Imperial Japanese Army Lieutenant in command of 7th Division. He received a head injury during the war, so he has to wear an enamel_plate on his forehead.

Tsurumi has short black slicked_back_hair, black eyes with scars_around_them, and a mustache with goatee. He wears an officer_uniform (long_sleeved collared black jacket) under brown coat, and black pants with black army_boots. Usually smiles.
