tuanshan
A type of Chinese hand fan, they're often somewhat transparent. It's a common accessory to accompany hanfu or china dress, sometimes used to cover_one's_mouth.
Not to be confused with an uchiwa. While both are round fans, a tuanshan is completely round, made with silk instead of paper, and has no hole.
