A Japanese meme based on a video of the Maschinenmensch from Metropolis (Fritz Lang) dancing to a remix of a Super Mario RPG song. The video was originally posted by a Spanish blogger in 2005, before it caught the attention of VIPPERs from 2channel, who misheard the lyric "drives some peeps insane" as "VIP sensei".
