wet_lens
A visual effect simulating looking through the wet lens of glasses or a camera. It should be apparent that the droplets are adhering to a surface and not just falling through the air.
There may be some overlap between this concept and images where the viewer is looking through a wet pane of glass such as a window or shower door.
