For a winter spirit/traditional youkai called 雪ん子 (Snow Child):

•• 1) If the image is an original-themed art, use yukinko (spirit) tag.
•• 2) If the character is related to a story/franchise, use the copyright as a qualifier. (e.g. yukinko (gegege no kitarou))
•• 3) For a human child wearing a typical Yukinko outfit (e.g. post #1351074), use mino boushi (蓑帽子, long straw winter hat) tag.
