The Earth Federation's production-line version of the Principality of Zeon's MS-06M (MSM-01) Zaku Marine Type M-1 Prototype which was tested during The_One_Year_War.
Ironically, the EFF was never able to use these suits as they were captured by Neo Zeon during The_First_Neo_Zeon_War, when their forces invaded Earth in U.C. 0088. A team of Zaku Mariners were used on an attack on the Argama after the ship had descended to Earth.
In U.C. 0096, two Zaku Mariners were used by the Zeon Remnants during their Attack_on_the_Federation's_Torrington_Base.
