Her_rigging_varies_across_her_seaplane_tender_and_light_carrier_forms._As_a_seaplane_tender,_she_uses_two_aircraft_catapults_and_12.7_cm_twin_anti-aircraft_gun_mounts,_plus_Type_A_Kou-hyouteki_midget_submarines_at_"A"_form._As_a_light_carrier,_she_goes_for_a_flight_deck_theatre,_with_her_identifier_(Chiyo)_marked_on_it._She_controls_her_planes_with_puppet_strings._

She_has_a_mellow_and_easy_going_personality._She_can_be_quite_doting_towards_the_ and is often looking out for her younger sister, . She's fond of alcohol, particularly sake. She's often depicted drinking with [[Jun'you_(Kancolle)| and the other drunkards in the fleet.
