holding_unworn_dress
When the dress in question is still being worn, use either:
- clothes grab, Grabbing or holding on the dress, without the intent to move it.
- dress hold, Holding dress in a non-revealing fashion.
- dress lift, Lifting the dress in a revealing fashion.
- dress tug, Tugging the dress in an attempt to cover revealed skin.
