holding_unworn_skirt
When the skirt in question is still being worn, use either:
- clothes grab, Grabbing or holding on the skirt, without the intent to move it.
- skirt hold, Holding skirt in a non-revealing fashion.
- skirt lift, Lifting the skirt in a revealing fashion.
- skirt tug, Tugging the skirt in an attempt to cover revealed skin.
