Current president (2000-2008, 2012- ) and former prime minister (1999-2000, 2008-2012) of the Russian_Federation and former Soviet KGB agent.
A controversial figure, he has initially developed a cult following in Japan, who often depict him as "the manliest and most unstoppable leader on earth". This has reached the point that there is a manga based of his public image as well as an annual calendar of him being sold in Japan. Though his memetic status has been significantly subsided after he ordered the_invasion_of_Ukraine_in_2022.
